FAQ

When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided when ordering. We always arrange your delivery as quickly as possible - the delivery time is about 1-3 working days. When we have sent your package, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours before the tracking number is active, so please have some patience. We only ship within Denmark (& Sweden) and we ship your package with DB Schenker in Sweden, and they change to GLS in Denmark. The package is sorted to the nearest GLS service point sorted by your postcode. You will receive an SMS to the mobile number you provided when ordering when the package has arrived. Schenker climate-compensates all its transports, which we at abacus think is really great!

You can return products within 30 days from the date of your order, as long as the product/products not are used, and every label and hangtag are intact. To return one/several items to us, please contact or customer service. Abacus Sportswear does not redeem parcels against cash on delivery. A return shipping fee of 69 SEK / 49 DKK will be added.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email that will notify you of the carrier and the track and trace number.

Order Arrival

Our arrival times are an estimate and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible so it can be delivered in a timely manner. During campaigns and sale, delivery can take longer. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, the carrier will send you a note telling you where to find it. It might be stored in a safe place or you will receive details on how to pick it up or rearrange delivery.
