Deliveries
When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided when ordering. We always arrange your delivery as quickly as possible - the delivery time is about 1-3 working days. When we have sent your package, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking number. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours before the tracking number is active, so please have some patience. We only ship within Denmark (& Sweden) and we ship your package with DB Schenker in Sweden, and they change to GLS in Denmark. The package is sorted to the nearest GLS service point sprted by your postcode. You will receive an SMS to the mobile number you provided when ordering when the package has arrived. Schenker climate-compensates all its transports, which we at abacus think is really great!

Returns
Sometimes it doesn't turn out exactly as you planned and then you have the right to return your purchase. With us, you can always return your item within 30 days from the date of your order. When returning, the garment must be in the same good condition as when you received it, hangtags must remain/unbroken on the garment and of course the garment must be unused. E-mail us at webshop@abacussportswear.com before making the return. You will receive a valid return label from us, after which you can hand in the package to a Schenker service point. When you return your package, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping, the return shipping fee is 49 DKK.
Once we receive your return, we process it as soon as we can, usually 2-3 working days. We then update your payment with Klarna, who then handles the refund to you. Abacus Sportswear AB is not responsible for any transport damage during return shipping. When purchasing an item that is specially manufactured or otherwise adapted especially for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Complaints
If something should be wrong with your product, you have the right to complain about it. Start by telling us what is wrong and send us a picture at webshop@abacussportswear.com and we will help you further. When we have registered your complaint, we will get back to you as soon as possible with information whether the complaint has been approved or not. In the first place, we will then exchange the product for a new product or alternatively repair the product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered.
