The summer has passed by and the wind has become more chilly, the mornings are darker and the leaves start to change color - autumn is here. Sometimes this also means a change in the clothes one wears, which maybe leads to an update in the golf wardrobe. We are happy to give you some tips along the way! Autumn can offer all kinds of weather: sun, wind, rain, hot or cold - whether you are in Sweden or somewhere else playing. Having that said, the wardrobe therefore needs to contain different garments with different features. We've picked out some of our favorite pieces of clothing that hopefully makes it easier for you to focus on your golf game, and nothing else.
For early autumn, or late summer days, we invest in comfortable trousers and a classic polo. Hammel polo has become one of our basics and is a part of our Classic collection. Scramble is perfect for windy days as it is a warming layer 2 sweater that is also windproof. Both of these two golf sweaters have good breathability.
When it's time to wear a warmer jacket or vest aswell, Dornoch softshell hybrid jacket is a great alternative. Dornoch is windproof and made of a thin, flexible polyester over the chest and at the back. This fabric is also water resistant. The jacket's arms are instead of a soft fabric with brushed fleece on the inside.
