Elgin Hybrid vest has a seamless quilted windproof fabric which is padded at front and back body. The side panels and shoulders are made of a very stretchable fleece. Fleece is brushed on the inside and has a square pattern for better air circulation that will keep you warmer. An elastic binding at armhole keeps the wind out.
